you want 10 points in holy for a regular cast time holy light if you're going to farm
survivability is #1

i would go with
i don't recall any mobs in strath being able to stun so stocism is not needed, and you should be resisting all the spells so spell warding shouldn't be an issue

I didnt think you could prot aoe grind Stratholme unless you had some very nice gear.
it's been done in green/blue gear
