Sorry to tell you, but that's *the* feral build. Maybe
move the points in Primal Tenacity to Thick Hide
, the extra armor is likely more beneficial if you're off-tanking. Not prowling or shredding? Using FB? That's just... not viable. Well, there's no reason to not get Feral Instinct if you're gonna tank, +15% threat in bear form is godly for that. And you'll seriously have to rework the abilities you use. The standard cat dps cycle: Mangle - Shred up to 4/5 combo points - Rip - wait for energy - repeat. FB just plain sucks against any mob that will last longer than your Rip. Most also prefer not using any finishers at all against bleed-immune mobs as Shred just provides better damage-energy ratio than FB.
Mind you, this obviously doesn't work when soloing. You won't be behind the mobs for Shred most of the time (you can still use it with stuns) and they'll die too soon for Rip to be efficient. Anyway, here's the standard order of abilities I use when soloing as feral: Pounce (requires prowling!) - Mangle - Shred - - Mangle - Ferocious Bite (at 5 CP, usually at least one shred/mangle crits so that will be the case). Works like a charm.

I support hezec's build for OT/DPS. The one point in grasp is totally useless in most cases as far as groups go, but where else would you put it? Maybe 1/3 Intensity for a tiny bit more rage from Enrange but ... that's marginal.
For soloing with Shredding Attacks, you can certainly Pounce, Shred, Shred (, Shred) , Ferocious Bite|Rip. The third Shred requires a Clearcasting proc and the last two mangles depend on crits with the worse case scenario being Pounce, Shred, Shred, Mangle, Mangle. FB|R just depends on how much health it has and whether or not it's beneficial to not blow all of your energy (multiple mobs, etc.).

for strict OT/DPSing in a 25-man, as i do
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0ZEuGsfroezioVx0z
that's the spec i use.
if you have resto druids or balance druids they should have imp motw and therefore they can buff the raid (just provide the reagents =P)
natural shapeshifter - you dont really shift back and forth in raids as often as you do in PVP. you just mainly stay in 1 form, be it cat or bear until you're called on to do something else. and you have more than enough mana to shift back and forth a couple times (i.e. when you have to battle rez or innervate someone).
thick hide - it's multiplicative. 400% armor in bear form with the talent is 400 * 1.3 = 520% armor. huge difference for just 3 points.
feral aggression - a lot of controvery over this talent, but in my talent build, i can afford the points to do so. the 40% increase in demo roar only shines in aoe pulls, but i like to have the 15% dmg increase of ferocious bite for the huge crit when the mob's at 10% or so. and those who say rip is a better finisher. ferocious bite does more damage than rip if it crits, but a lot less if it doesn't. so if you're lucky on your fero bites and they crit often, then your dps will be higher than if you ripped.
of course on long boss fights, i still prefer ripping, and the only time i FB is when the mob is under 10% or when i have 35-36 energy and the mob is bleed immune.
the last point, which i put in 1/2 brutal impact, can really be put anywhere that you want. bash is on a 1 minute cooldown, and you rarely ever pounce in a raid (stunned mobs dont hit tanks, and therefore they dont gain rage by getting beat on. and when a mob needs to be stunlocked, rogues do it better). i prefer it over nature's grasp because most raid dungeons are in doors and therefore nature's grasp has no use.
rake becomes useless at 70, the main abilities that i use in cat form are mangle, shred, rip, and FB (of course with others like cower, dash, etc.). those 4 are really the only abilities that you need

I'm not usually one to post the "too long/didn't read" posts, but I really can't read that without capitalization or paragraphs.
To the talent build ... not having Natural Shapeshifter reduces your long-term utility and Feral Aggression is of questionable benefit for reasons outlined in a lot of other places. The points you moved were certainly the floater points, though; so, it's personal preference mostly with those.

i dont really find myself shifting very often in raids, so that is why i took feral aggression over natural shapeshifter. i carry 2 seperate sets of gear, one for tanking and one for dpsing. so i'm either in cat form for the whole encounter, or bear form. unless i'm tanking an add (say the shaman in high king) and it's killed then i go cat and basically stay cat for the rest of the encounter.
