arcane is haste haste haste
fb/ttw is about equal parts haste and crit with a little more haste if u can get it
ffb is crit crit crit. JUst get as much of it as u can. there is no set amount. the more the better.
If u see a piece with both _crit and SPR get that piece.
Arcane is NOT haste haste haste couse your mana goes bye bye bye quick... arcane is about spelldmg and then crit..

Actually it is. Going oom very often is the price you pay for the damage. Its pure trade mana for the damage. Arcane has however lots of ways to get this mana back. 2min cd Evocation for the instance. Haste affects it (how fast it goes). Crit doesnt.
You got 2min cd evo, mana gems, mana potions and even mage armor if you need it. You got replenishment and mp5 buffs.
Its been prooven (in arcane mages thread) that crit doesnt scale so well with arcane.

From his first post, he is at 28 crit. I assume he means default spell crit. Fire crit will be 6% higher.
The reason why i only got 30 fire crit is that i have completely no gear from raiding. Full heroic. Also was Frost before hence the high haste.
I still think i am doing "fine". Fine in raid setting in comparison to raid geared FFB and FB/TTW mages.

Just to add something here before the OP goes nuts which he may have already done. If you're always going oom. Your rotation may be screwed up, and you may be popping your evo's at the wrong time.
One trick to try, and yes it still works. Doesn't matter what it is, dagger, staff, sword, and a high-int wand. Who cares as long as it has two things. Int, and a lot of int on it. Then enchant, +int on it, the higher the better. Mages used originally used to swap spi weapons/items out(wands/swords/daggers/oh) for Evo. And when it was switched to int, we did the same thing until we didn't have to.
You can still do the same thing to take the bite out. Then create a simple equip/cast for Evo, then another for reequipping your main weapons. You might be able to create a left/right click macro, but since I stopped playing months ago, I'm out of how the macro system has changed. :)
Now here's the reason. Evo calculates mana regen totals based on your mana %. So if your pool is larger, say you have 19-21k mana. You equip a high int weapon which bumps you to 25-27k, casting evo you'll gain more when you reequip your old weapon, based on the total percent system. This also works for innervate, if you're smart enough to carry around spirit weapons, and there's a dps downtime phase and you can beg a druid.
Downsides? 2sec dps loss, as you're swapping weapons. If you forget to swap. You'll suffer massive DPS performance. However this is a good stop-gap, and mages have been using it since Molten Core.
