Just dinged 70 today, and i was curious on where my goals should be set to at the moment.

I'm looking to do arena, bgs, and some PvE.
Right now, my gear is crap from quests (not worthy of pvping), i have no keys for heroics, nor do i know what/where keys to get, or even if i need to get keys. What things do i need to be honored with to run heroics? Also, i do NOT have my flying mount yet, and only 200g saved up for it. Any sort of guidance on where to go to grind money, rep to run heroics, good gear to get, and whatever else will be appreciated, thanks.

start an arena team. idc how bad your gear is... you get points each week even if your team sucks. then you can periodically buy nice epics. (note: you only have to do the min. 10 matches each week to earn points)
meanwhile, quest for gold for your epic flying mount.
while questing, sit in the que for 3 instances that you are not heroic keyed for yet. if you get a group, great! it will be a break from questing, an opportunity for some nice rare drops, and some rep.

Go quest, leave all the lower level quests and go directly to Netherstorm and Shadowmoon.. do not pass Go. Finish them all as much as you can, mainly for small upgrades and gear. You can go back to Blades and other maps and finish those quests when you have free time for some more gold. Don't buy gear, you'll need the gold for your mount. Horde all the cloth you can and get all your green drops de'ed and keep the mats. Make the Frozen Shadow weave set... it's a pain to get all the way up there with tailoring with out help. But it's worth it.
As for instances I would try to do as much Lower City as possible, there is a really nice shadow priest mace at exalted. So get to honored with them, buy the heroic key and then get more rep and badges.
I would also PvP from time to time. I have a fully epic Holy priest, that just respecced to shadow and while there is a ton of healing gear out there I still found many PvP items such as wrists and neck to be easier and better then anything you can get even in Kara (first floor).
I agree that you should start and finish the Kara attunment. Shadow priest are great to have in any Raid and pug your way in.
