Noobie tank looking for a-z advice

Hi, truthfully I only briefly looked over the tanking suggestions on this website and another one. I think I got the basic idea right, but if someone could look over my gear/gemming choices and make suggestions, would be great.
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ravenholdt&n=Hemonk
I realize my glyphs are still resto, I haven't re-done them yet. And boots aren't enchanted since the ones listed were expensive. if I missed anything else, please let me know.
My biggest question, is if it's ok how I pretty much ignored the +AP gem bonus, and gemmed for stam.
I'm also confused about +agil gemming. Would you say I should use my 3 unique JC gems for agil or stam? So far I used them for stam.
I know I need practice tanking, but I tanked on warrior, paladin (both in bc) and DK endgame before. So assuming I learn rotations from website, and practice a little, what is my current gear good for? I am wondering if reg toc 10/25 is accessible on the toon. I realize it maybe pushing it, and looking for honest advice. If not toc than, than how about ulduar?
I'm mostly respecing since I'd like to tank some heroics for a change, and also I'd like easier time of getting into 3.3 instance without being a healer. But if the tank spot is open, I'd like to tank a raid - and would like to know what I could conceptually tank.

Until that changes to "thouroughly" I would kindly ask that you do a little more personal input before others invest their time into your work.
That being said please direct yourself to the first link in my sig for answers to several potential questions.

Why, oh why, are you using 18 stamina gems in 245 gear? I also wouldn't bother with gemming for hit, and use AGI/STA gems in red sockets.
I would recommend replacing the trinkets;
Black Heart
/
Glyph of Indomitability
are easily available and imho the best combo available for generic druid tanking. use the stamina trinkets for spelldamage/bleed fights like northrend beasts.
You're also wearing a bit of dps gear; both neck and rings are upgradeable with emblems.
Death-warmed Belt
from runed robs is great for tanking too.
Talent-wise, I would move shredding attacks and king of the jungle into
master shapeshifter
.

@ frank
A properly geared/specced bear can dps but a properly geared/specced cat can't tank (equally) so i'd focus on the bear aspect of a feral hybrid...not saying this isn't mildly swayed by myself being a bear. =)
Id use a build along
these
lines.
There's nothing in particular to say about the gear other than look for more upgrades via offspec rolls, keep an eye out for large amounts of agility and stamina, maintain at least 26 expertise, as a hybrid you could settle for dps agility jewelry, and grab the T9 idol.
Oh and of course 1st link in sig for some bear tips, pay particular interest in the few macros listed.

That's not really true. Without the proper gear, talents and without the glyphs a bear will lose a
massive
amount of dps compared to a cat. If you are a ToC25 geared bear then yes, your dps in cat form will be enough to justify a dps spot in a 5man HC run but that's about it.
Same goes for cats tanking: If you are a ToC25 geared cat then you can, even without tanking talents, just pop into bear form and tank any 5man HC just fine. Your HP will be a lot lower (but in ToC25 gear still more then high enough for any 5man) and you will have less mitigation from talents but the additional avoidance from your agil gems will make up for that.
So tanking/dpsing 5man HCs if you are incredibly overgeared is no problem no matter if you are specced bear or cat but any serious raid will most probably not be possible without a dedicated gear set at least (there are hybrid specs that will work just fine, gemming all sta or all agil however will make a huge difference).

yes, that's including PP and 16+ from gear, 26 expertise (6.5%) is the soft cap at which you won't be dodged by a lvl 83
what i meant by my above post based on frank's statement that he OTed (implying a raid) was that in a raid (where the dps bear gimmick found in 5 mans isn't a reality) a bear can dps
better than
a cat can tank (both properly geared/specced for their originally intended roles)
the simplest solution to this is to make the bear survivability talents a priority which in doing so is focusing on the bear aspect of being a feral hybrid
once you have the survivability talents needed by bears you can invest the rest into dps/utility talents to be relatively equally adapt at tanking or dpsing
from here you can gear so as to lean slightly to one side, the other, or straddle the fence and so long as you focus on agility and stamina will be quite effective in either role
note as a hybrid agility will be more valuable to you than to a pure tank as it offers not only the usual dodge/crit/armor but also AP in cat form and likewise stamina will be of a slightly lesser value to you as it does nothing for you in regards to dps other than allow for more mistakes
