I dont know if you were being sarcastic with your "thanks a lot for the advice" but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume you were not, and I will continue to help you.
Like everyone has said, getting hit capped (8%) is the MOST important thing. If you miss against a boss, you wont do any damage, period. Bosses have an increased chance to be missed, because they are level 83, so you need 8%. (7% for you as a Draenei)
Unlike the others, I dont think raiding BM is bad--at least not to start off. In entry-level raiding gear, BM performs as well as SV, thanks to recent buffs. If you are comfortable there, run BM and get used to raiding. Eventually you will transition naturally into wanting to maximize your higher gear, and will go MM or SV.
That said, If you are going to raid BM, you have to do it correctly. Your spec is off. Check the "endgame pve compilation"
http://www.wowhead.com/?forums&topic=118773 for how to go BM.
Your gear choices are pretty terrible. Why do you have a spell power ring? It doesnt boost any of the stats you need. (just a bit of intellect). I am not going to tell you how to play, read the stickies. Here:
http://www.wowhead.com/?forums&topic=74950As for your other ring, I cant see it, so i can only hope it is the AGILITY horseman ring--and not one of the spellpower hoseman rings. If you picked the right one, it is a very solid choice. If it has SP on it, please run the horseman again--and just dont grab something cause it is purple.
Finally, if you want to get gear that will make you ready to raid, check out this
http://www.wowhead.com/?profile=16189648 example character I made. In this gear, (and there are a lot of options to move stuff around) you will be able to do 10 Uld or even 10 Toc reg damage, and all of the gear can be gotten through the AH or from running heroics. Just click on the gear to find where it came from.
