Despite, the fact that I don't like DW tanking, I am enjoying this next patch. Rebuffing frost presence, and the odd change to UBA is just awesome. The previous nerf was so brutal I had stopped tanking raids. So this should be a welcome change back.
I don't understand why they felt the need to change Heart Strike though.

I've got mixed feelings as a Frost Tank.
ToT working for runestrike: might be good for end game tanks with an abundance of hit/def rating on gear, but im afraid its going to make crappy undergeared tanks perform even worse.
Frost Presence up 3%: This is to balance out the over nerfing we got last patch with the loss of so much armor and stamina. This should take us back to where we were before.
UA: idunno, i think this is a nerf. i like the 1min cooldown instead of 2min, but i dont like how it increases armor instead of reducing damage by a base amount. You know what happens when i click UA right now when im being hit by 100 mobs all hitting me for 1000 damage a piece every second? I take ZERO DAMAGE. You know what happens to me after this goes live? I DIE. Its good for slow/large hits like from bosses, but its bad for off tanks who tank multiple mobs at one time.
The biggest problem with UA changing to armor increase is that now it only works for physical damage, and does nothing for magic damage now. I really hope this aspect of UA does not go live, but i fear it will.

The weapons dont really concern me that much, being to fast and all. As I can forsee RS both proccing more (due to increased avoidance gained DW),and being used sooner on a white strike (Due to the fast speeds of the weapon), which the sooner it is used the sooner you have a chance to regain the potential to use rune strike (to my knowledge there is no internal cooldown on it save for it proccing on a dodge before you the ability hits). It still works on an amazing threat modifier, and the more its used the more threat you have, loss in damage or not.

Uses a similar rotation as DW dps.
4/5 BA isnt that much of a loss as 0/5 (24k armor you only lose about 133AP).
3/3 SoB seems like it would work wonders with a fast striker (I dont like the idea of using

my entire tanking career). a 1.7 speed bringing in 10 RP per strike with a decent uptime on the buff leads to some great RP generation to ensure you use FS and RS to thier full extent.
