New Filter For Patch 2.3: Healing/Spell Damage

Heya,
I was hoping to search the forums for this answer but alas, I could not find a way to search them.
I was wondering if it is still possible to get a list of all items designed for healers? Previsouly I would just search for items with healing > 0 and damage = 0, as to filter out the dps items. Now the new patch is released you can no long do this.
A simple solution would be able to search for all items where healing > 0 and healing > damage.
