You have like all of the best pre-Heroic blue druid healer loot, and almost the same spec as I do (except I went with 3 points in Natural Shapeshifter for shifting in and out of tree form mid-combat). Looks real nice! Your gear is great for pre-Kara, though I totally have to recommend the
Hallowed Trousers
simply because they're so ridiculously good to come out of such an easy instance.
Also, don't underestimate the trinkets, on use +heal effects are real nice for some big numbers with sustained lifeblooms. :)
