Character:
Roltusk the Twilight Sword
Location:
Menethil Harbor
As if waking from a dream, Roltusk seemed to take in Menethil for the first time in a while. H elooked at the devastation and the many milita running about and cheering at their victory. The troll sheathed the Twilight Sword; deeming it high time to be away from here. The Twilight Lord left the Harbor, walking north to find a city and obtain a new mount. Perhaps the wizards of Dalaran had need of a new mage apprentice...

Character:
Faust Kaufman, Captain Sterling
Location:
Stranglethorn
Faust leaned back against the mast and swirled his wine. "Ah well. Perhaps his wit will improve. Or, at least its appropriateness." He watched placidly the crew of the second ship scurry about below, their ship floundering as it found itself in the decided quandary most people who visit the pub do: of wanting to go forward, but unable to stop going sideways as well. The vessel began to lean to one side drunkenly thanks to the anchor currently hooked in the wood. Taking another sip of his wine, Faust narrowed his eyes slightly on seeing several pirates produce axes and, under directions from the captain, begin to chop at the mizzenmast in an attempt to abandon it and the anchor which unbalanced them.
Character:
Tulatin Grimmgear, George Wick
Location:
Ironforge
Demonstrating the appropriateness rarely seen in spell naming, George felt a strength and fortitude invigorate him. Though he remained leaning upon the wall for a moment, the weakness of his legs and insistence of his lunch to escape gradually faded.
The gangly youth turned to the newcomer with a grateful expression. "Thank you," he rasped.

Character
: Ohrmuzd
Location
: Wild Shore
The berserker's veins bulged and grew taut as he pushed the capstan's arm. Even for all his preterhuman might it was obvious that he was pushing himself to his utmost limits. Pearlescent beads of sweat gleamed lambently on his forehead and rolled down his face that blossomed with irregular pink smears. This was now truly a race - and if he were to succeed, Sterling's vessel would find itself rammed and Ohrmuzd would be free to bring down his fury upon its crew.
Character
: Vargariel "the Bear" Chandaris
Location
: Desolace
"Aye. Storming the coven is not going to be easy, and I'm not going to lie - we need all the help we can get," Vargariel nodded grimly, "From the people we know we can trust our lives with. Truth be told, I had not in the slightest expected druids of the flame to still be at large and undercover."
Character
: Jastiel Vorei
Location
: Ironforge
"Hey, it's
the
dwarven city. You're bound to find a blacksmith needing an apprentice here. Maybe even one that won't require you to drink him down as a rite of passage," Jastiel told George in an unexpected attempt to cheer the gangly youth up.
Character
: Isaac Ashwood
Location
: Zul'Gurub
"I could fry the damn fish with my claws, but something tells me it would only attract something bigger and nastier," Isaac mused. "Swimming doesn't look appealing in the slightest right now."

Character:
Sagohkrn
Location:
Menethil Harbor
It was only after a long and furitive search that Sagohkrn finally came to the grim conclusion that Pui may have fallen in the onslaught. The Priest wrote a letter describing where he and Hexic were going to a post in the center of town. He also tied one of the gryphons to the post. Sagohkrn then sadly returned to Hexic and the other gryphons.

Kiran Hartford, Koran Lighthammer
Townlong Steppes
The small group had spent some time traveling through the Summit and had reached the gateway into the Steppes. They had seen the remnants of the battle the Shado-Pan had fought against the Yanguol, but saw none of the enigmatic Pandarens or the massive yak people. "So, where is this portal again?" Kiran asked, looking over at Koran.
"At the far western shore." The half-dwarf answered as he moved along beside the Night Elf woman, who had decided to keep traveling with them. Kiran grunted and looked down the road they were following, wondering how much longer it would be.

Character:
Thelradas Whipperwind
Location:
Townlong Steppes
Thelradas peered about the ruins of war speculatively, her eyes sharp but not looking terribly interested in what they saw.
Character:
Faust Kaufman, Captain Sterling
Location:
Stranglethorn
Had the anchor hooked upon the deck, the railing, or any other part of the ship than it had, very likely the two vessels would have met with all the grace of two drunk swans colliding in midair. As it was, the anchor had hooked into the mast, and it took very little for the spar to give. As the ship dipped to the side, the mizzenmast's tensile strength prove insufficient for the load it bore, and snapped from the bottom where it had been weakened with axe blows.
Splinters rained in a deadly storm of shrapnel. The ship swayed and rolled back and forth, enjoying its renewed freedom and sending men rolling across the deck helplessly until it finally settled once more, the mast slipping off the side and into the water.

Character:
Nehao Waterfoot
Location:
Vale of Eternal Blossoms
The mogu were all dead at this point; the Shao-Tien had fled as soon as the Golden Lotus broke through their defenses. The Dojani and the Shan-ze however, had not fled. With the of the Thunder King, many mogu tribes had gone to the Isle of Thunder to fight for him. But for some reason, a good portion of the Shao-Tien, Korune, Shan-ze, Dojani and Harthak clans had all sent warriors to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms to work on...something.
Nehao Waterfoot of the Golden Lotus turned over the corpse of the green skinned, Dojani mogu warrior. This one had died when the gates had came down; two red fletched arrows stuck out from his neck. Nehao turned away from the dead soldier and examined the rest of the large room. Four golden pillars held up this underground building; an alter sat in the center of it and had several peculiar sets of red handcuffs lying on it.
The bodies of mogu, quillen and pandaren littered the scene. The Shan-ze and Dojani mogu had all been warriors; the Shao-Tien sorcerers had fled through a side door and sealed it behind them. Where the Harthak and Korune were now, the Golden Lotus did not know.
Nehao looked to Di, "What do you make of this?" he asked his fellow swordsman.
Di had only looked at the carnage once upon entering; Nehao and Di were warriors certainly, but they specialized in investigation more than fighting; the warriors who had defeated the mogu waited outside, sitting beside some of the magical pools of the Vale.
Di had eyes only for the strange handcuffs, "The Shao-Tien obviously had the most powerful sorcerers, so they worked on the ritual and the warriors from the other clans gave their lives to ensure their survival."
"I meant about their ritual,"
"They were trying to resurrect someone here tonight, more than one," Di looked away from the cuffs, "They meant to resurrect Ming the Cunning, Haiyan the Unstoppable, Groundbreaker Brojai, Shan Kien, Kuai the Brute, Qu'nas, Subjugator Gormal and Zhao-Jin the Bloodletter as jiang-shi..."

"Do you have to stop by any of the settlements here?" Koran asked Thelradas, looking over at her. Kiran sighed and shook his head, then slowed and sniffed the air, looking around them.

Pandaria
Xander sighed. "Good." He replied; flopping back into the sand. "Phew..."
He tilted his head to the side, seeing no obvious way up the cliffs. Which meant the had to walk. Which meant they had to get up.
Locronos
Dalaran
Locronos nodded. "I can agree with that sentiment." He commented.

"Well, at least we won't have to worry about any side trips...." Koran said, then looked over at Kiran as the half-elf moved to the side of the trail and crouched down, a tense expression on his face. The Sworn sniffed again and lowered his face towards the ground, and started to growl quietly. Koran raised his eyebrow at that and walked towards his friend.

Thelradas Whipperwind
Location:
Townlong Steppes
Thelradas took a step out of the man's way, raising a speculative brow but not a curious one. She was a druid after all, such things weren't completely out of the ordinary, though admittedly seeing someone who was not of that particular class was an unusual thing.

"What is it?" Koran asked quietly, looking at his friend. Kiran let loose a low growl as he stood up, and looked off to the west.
"Finally got a whiff of the Prince, faint but it's Him..but there's a complication." Kiran said, and looked over at Koran. "I smelled Midnight too." The half-elf nodded at the expression of distaste, shock and a little fear that passed over Koran's face. "Yeah, my thoughts too."

The pair looked over at Thelradas. "A Night Elf...well, she was, now she's like us." Koran said and shuddered. "But she's completely insane." He looked at Kiran. "Why in the Pit would she be in the same area as the Prince?" He asked.
Kiran shook his head. "I don't know...but I'm glad; she nearly killed us both once, so maybe it's time to return the favour." He said with a low growl.

Thelradas remained quiet and in the background, feeling it was not her place to say anything in so clearly a private, or at least personal matter. The mail had to be neutral at all times. The mail did not judge.

"Come on, standing around doesn't get us anywhere." Kiran said and started off, following the scent of the Night Elf Black Sworn, his hands clenching and unclenching, faint red scale like patterns and markings appearing on them.
"We should probably try to keep up with him." Koran suggested to Thelradas and moved after his friend, chewing on his lip as he went, trying not to think too hard about why Midnight would be with the Prince.
