Just wondering for rogues what people think is better, alliance or horde. i figure this much

If Horde:
Blood Elf
Undead

if Alliance:
Gnome
Human

I'm pretty much starting scratch and am wondering which one i should play. i also have to take into consideration the fact that i PvP in every game i play i PvP ALOT. I also however need a server where people have successfully done and can do pretty much evrey raid ( pretty much being the key part of that). Anyways i need a server decently heavy in PvP and a pretty skilled PvE base as well.

So:

Race ( BE or Undead for Horde)(Gnome or Human for Alliance)
Horde or Alliance (which has better PvP + PvE)
Server ( Need Good PvP and Good PvE, on Eastern U.S Coast)
