You're using
Chaotic Skyflare Diamond
, and you don't have the gems to activate it. Even though Crit rating is far and above superior to Agility, it's still a better choice to use
Relentless Earthsiege Diamond
because of how easy it is to activate it. I'd suggest regemming for the Relentless meta and grabbing a
Nightmare Tear
to go into
Legplates of Relentless Onslaught
. Really minor nitpicky-thing from me, but I hate seeing metas go inactive.
Crit rating is not 'far and above superior', it is "a little bit better".
We need 46 Critical Strike rating, or 52 Agility. Critical Strike rating is better, but only a little bit.

Except that our crits with all of our 'spells' are already close to maxed through talents, so the addition doesn't do much.
Our only 'true' spells are HoW and Exorcism.
Judgements, CS and DS all use the melee crit chance.

You missed my point. It's inactive.
Crit rating is still better than Agility, maybe through a minor diference, but through the process of min/maxing, having an easy to activate meta like the
Relentless Earthsiege Diamond
gives you the chance to put an extra
Bold Cardinal Ruby
in a slot. That makes it better from a gearing standpoint. Good practice to get into early, in my opinion. Makes DPS more about perfecting your FCFS and awareness than having misenchanted gear.

The math has been done on EJ- the two are essentially identical.
You lose about .5 dps from the 'lower' crit chance on RED, but you gain by using a yellow gem over a blue. It all depends on gemming bonuses- sometimes its better to use one, some the other- but the base level difference is essentially a wash. If you have a +6 str stat bonus to a blue slot, it's better to go with 2 blue gems. If you have a good bonus for a yellow slot, go with a yellow and a blue.
I worked out the math of the generic differences in a thread a while back, they're pretty close.

Here's
the last thread in which this argument occurred.

But how does it give you chance to put an 'extra' Bold in a slot? Both let you use a red gem. One just has two blue gems on top of that, and the other has a blue and a yellow.

Judge first.
CS First. Pushing the CS cooldown is more of a loss than pushing the judgmeent cooldown.
No. Judge first. 10y > 5y.
Unless its unavoidable and youre ontop of the boss when an encounter starts. Otherwise you should be 10+ yards away unless you like to annoy your tank.
Run in, Judge->CS when youre in range. It used to be Exo->Judge->CS. You can even try DS->Judge->CS but GCD is too long and youd be able to CS by the time Judgment was off GCD.

Nightmare Tear
, bro. It counts as both a Blue and Yellow gem for the meta requirements. So you don't need to socket a
Sovereign Dreadstone
and an
Inscribed Ametrine
. Instead, you get 10 strength more by socketing a Nightmare Tear and a
Bold Scarlet Ruby
. As I said, very minor nitpicky thing, but it's all for the sake of min/maxing.

Yeah, cause dropping 5k on a darkmoon card is for everyone!
Mirror of Truth/ToC trinket are the more reasonable alternative.
