Your stats are still a bit low.

Not being hit capped will be the biggest problem, try to get it around 290. My biggest recommendation would be to get the Titansteel Destroyer if you can afford it.

You do need to push your crit up. Do your best to try and get it over 25%, though don't stop there keep raising it as much as possible with staying within the hit cap.

Your AP is looking low, though I'm sure you could get by. I'd say go for 2800+, but again, get it as high as you can while staying hit capped.

Enchant your gear. There are some that don't cost a whole lot that can give you just enough of a boost to help you out. If you need help with any of those let me know.

Here is my Armory if you want to look over the spec and various items you could try to get. I'm pushing about 2200 DPS in heroics. If you can do at-least 1500 I'd say try Naxx out, with raid buffs you should push up to 1700 or so.

Also, gem for STR, not AP. Bold Scarlet Rubies are your best friend. Like the rest said, enchants... +hit ones to gloves and boots to help you get closer to hit cap. Get the Sigil from venture bay(http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40875), they are really easy to get and are a huge improvement over the starter one.

You have a lot of gear with +haste, which is not a preferred stat for DK's. Try to get more hit/str/crit gear. I would recommend doing some more heroics for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37171, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37151. Also buy emblem gear once you have collected enough. Mirror of Truth is almost a must have for DPS, and the neckpiece of pretty good also. If you're close to Ebon blade exalted... go for it and get the plate boots, they are excellent. As many others have said Titansteel destroyer is great for entry level raiding, as well as the Titansteel helm. If you get the helm, make sure to put a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34220 in the meta slot.

That will set you up ready to raid naxx, as far as gear goes.
