Most productive place to farm frostweave?

While there are many places to farm cloth, what is the most productive place to do so? In other words, what mobs or place will you get the most other side benefits as well? An example would be farming cloth off the Vrykul in Icecrown since they have a 100% drop rate for a bone, which can also be turned in for Ebon rep, so you're killing two birds with one stone if you're not yet exalted.
Is there another place that might be better? Humanoids with lots of nodes around them, anciallary mobs that drop other mats (elemental stuff) or another rep grind/farm opportunity similar to the Vrykul? Thanks!

Something productive would be nice. All things being equal (empty of other people farming - I thought this would have been obvious from my original post; don't farm where a lot of other people are at that time) is there someplace better than a Vrykul area for the reasons I stated above?

The Icecrown area where the converted heroes are is VERY productive, especially if you have any sort of AOE.
There is also an area north of that spot with a lot of caster-mobs around cauldrons. They drop frostweave and green items that can be sold or DE'd for profit. Icecrown in general is a good area, if you're a miner anyhow. There are lots of mining nodes around.
