The "quest line" in dragonblight everyone here is referring to is the Wrathgate line. It's so huge its broken into 5-6 quest chains and is bound to level you from say 72-75. I don't know where to start the alliance chain but the first horde one starts in the refuge by icemist village. you might want to search the achievment on Wowhead here to see (sombody probably did) if theres a list of starters for each quest chain. I found one and it was very helpful, all leading up to the best cut scene ever.

As for people wondering, with the way XP is given out in outlands vs. how much you need to level, my last toon to level through went like this:
Hellfire Penninsula 58-63 (2 Runs in Ramps, 1 in Pens, UB and BF)
Zangarmarsh 63-64 (Mostly to unlock quests in Nagrand)
Nagrand 64-68
Mostly cause I love leveling in Nagrand and did everything I could. Then the rest was
Howling Fjord and Borean Tundra 68 - 74 (Achieves for both. Kind of going back and forth until they were done.)
Dragonblight 74-77 (Get the Achieves)
Grizzly Hills/Zuldrak/Sholzar 77-78 (A few quests here and there)
Storm Peaks (Sons of Hodir and K3 quests) 78-80
Which leaves tons of quests to go do for money.

I personally wasn't a fan of Grizzly Hills and Zul'Drak.
Well,it's about personal preference,by me Zul'Drak is really pain in the @$$,but Grizzly Hills is fine
68-72 Borean Tundra
72-74 Howling Fjord
74-77 Dragon Blight
77-79 Zul' Drak
79-80 Scholazar Basin
80 Icecrown
This is how i went through the leveling. I completed SB in 5 hours of serious questing. I did not get the theater done in Zul'drak because everyone gets their guild to help and mine is always raiding.
Not possible unless you are farming instances for experience,I always did all quests in zone, until I got achievement for it,I never got over 2lvls in Dragonblight,68-74 2 zones isn't also possible to do with normal leveling, maximal I did was 73.

I've always been a fan of Howling Fjord over Borean Tundra...so I always start there.
And unlike many of you...I always hit up Storm Peaks the second I hit level 77. I get my cold weather flying and start the Sons of Hodir quest line.
I've done it this way for my 5 level 80's. I have another up and coming alt...warlock...level 54 at the moment. She'll do it the same way.

I entered HFP at 60 (bad memories of HFP at 58 kept me in Azeroth, wasn't that bad)
HFP at 58 with a DK is a complete joke though, due to the awesome gear you start out with.
