Enhancement doesn't even belong in the same category with Cat dps. Enhancement's biggest difficulty is juggling Maelstrom wep procs. Feral has to juggle combo points, Savage Roar, Mangle, FF, Rip, and Rake... all on an energy system.I play them both frequently and found them similar :P

Complicated?
Tanks: Death Knights. Not hardest, but most complex rotations and such.
DPS: Kitties.
Healers: Not sure, but from as a tank, I'd say droods LOOK most complex. Maybe shams.

DPS wise: Any clas that has to react fast or loses DPS if not done properly.
EVERY clas is hard to maximize and requires a decent PC.
NO clas is hard when you wanne reach acceptable DPS.
Know the diference people...
PvP: Arena->same cycle again and again, al need some fast thinking to win(DPS on low health, healer casting a heal on my warrior->intimidating shout=>kil.)
PvP: BG->warrior without a back-up healer.
Solo: Just about everything, main is a warrior and 2-shotting mobs FTW.

(Cheap shot, couldn't resist.)

Hunter - sure, any tard can roll a hunter, spec BM and level them to 80, but it takes real knowledge and practice to get good at it. Pumping out 7k+ dps on heroic bosses regularly is a feat in and of itself. As Survival you have procs to worry about, a shot rotation based on what is available, and sometimes have to shot on the fly AND worry about mana. Gemming, enchanting, and gearing all require deep research and getting into a group after the thousands of tards who have rolled hunters in the past makes it next to near impossible.
I would also like to take the time to thank all those of you who rolled a DK and took over the title of "Death Tard" away from us Hunters, who for years have been scarred by the "Huntard" schema.

I guess at this point I'm debating between keeping my Death Knight (which I am not sure about because, as Ental mention and I'm sure all of you know already, there are a lot of "Death Tards" running around), a Mage, or a Hunter. Thoughts?
P.S. There is also the possibility of a Druid.
As far as the DK goes it's going to depend heavily on your situation. Are you in a guild that recognises you personally as a competent player? If yes, then your DK will go far (and possibly be the complex tanking class you're after - I don't play one but I've heard they're stuck with complex rotations). If you're not in a guild, or you are but you have to pug a lot for whatever reason...you've got to look at your server in general.
Our DK's are lucky - they're in a guild that recognises them as competent players. They're geared, trusted, get the job done, and regularly raiding. If they had to pug they wouldn't have gotten half as far.
Far
too many DK's on our server, and no one likes them :/
In my experience, going on your last question, a fire mage who tops the dps meters and doesn't pull aggro is a rare thing and takes exceptional skill. This may be true of other specs, but I'm going on personal experience. Never really had an issue tanking for the other two specs.
My hunter is a bit neglected atm and tends only to go on runs very rarely, so I can't really comment on that class.
I have a resto druid and a resto shaman. I have to say I'm far more comfortable with the shaman than the druid. This may be a personal thing because I learned to heal with the shaman and druid healing is so very different, but I tend to find managing HoT's can be quite a struggle at times. Particularly when learning a new boss fight.
Sorry for wall o' text :)

Oomkins just have to track a ridiculous number of dots and cooldowns.
You keep two debuffs up (three, but FF lasts 5 mintues) and spam one spell a lot in between, and switch that spell every time you get a proc and just spam the other one.
It's not rocket surgery. Enhancement Shaman and Cat Druid are much more sensitive.
i agree, that feral druids are the most complicated for dps.
and lol at "rocket surgery"

Then tell me where I went wrong and I might learn somthing from it. I TRY to learn but either people don't bother and if they do they cba to correct me so I don't make a mistake twice in a row.
EDIT: Just used a speling checker and that didn't find any errors except maybe a double L at the end here and there so please, wtf are you talking about if I may ask?

I used to throw the huntard bit around, but I've started to play one recently and have a new found respect for them.
Now I'm the guy ninja pulling mobs, leaving pet on defensive and pulling all the mobs around the caster target ect ect.
even at low lvls they have quiet a few abilities, and if played well are a great class.
@ Faceshield: Resto druids arent hard at all, I have one cleared Toc 25 and 2/5 10 HC, and it's just a case of hoting and wild growthing a lot of the time, you have a few oh $%^& buttons, but your not a tank healer, and there's not as much pressure most the time.
Having only played limited specs on my chars, from what I know, I would say affliction PVE warlocks are a bit of a pain, but dont think they would be the most complicated.

Every fight eve has it's hardest class to be played. (Repositioning for thouse melee's classes. Silencing vs caster's classes, ...)
I bet for Feral Cat. Since kitties have a wonder-what-to-press rotation priority list, rather than a fixed rotation.
I don't PVP too much, so i dunno, what could it be the most complicated class to be played.
