Not a mage. Not a hunter either.
Yeah I'd go Lock I guess. Lots to do with locks of any specs.
My Mains a Disc/Holy priest. They're not that complicated. Just have to get your timing down.

nothing is hard in this game, just takes time and a brain.
Frost mages take time, good frost mages are good. Skilled frost mages are untouchable.
Same with hunters, any melee class requires marginally less skill than casters / ranged in PvP.
You try killing a resto druid with a rogue breathing down your neck.

Locks are easy, mine has been my main class since TBC came out and there dps has never changed rotation is all that matters.
Now most complicated pve dps? Having many characters over 60 and 70, I can't find a single one complicated in pve. Pvp is a whole other matter tho.

PvE, maybe a stance-dancing prot warrior...
When does a Prot Warrior need to stance dance?
Because he's remembering the olden days?

PvE it's oomkin or dks. Oomkins just have to track a ridiculous number of dots and cooldowns. DKs have to keep track of dots and 2 resources one of them separated into 6 components with 2-4 of them changing in their use. Feral druids are tough, but really they're just keeping track of a bunch of buffs and debuffs. Keep them up and spam shread is all you do, which is harder than it sounds, but there's harder.
Druids of all type.
Oomkin needs to watch lunar and solar eclipses, moonfire, IS, as well as procs.
Kitty DPS is just plain *hard*. A rogue with bleeds and spells in other forms people expect you to have. There are 6 melee DPS. Pally, Shammy, Druid, Warrior, rogue, and DK All but two of them are mail/plate wearers. If you happen to draw DPS/aggro the tank had better have a lotta taunts. If you need to switch targets, guess what? Whole new set of bleeds you need on them.
Bears are extreme survivability on melee, but suck vs casters. Not to mention that they draw aggro with pure DPS, only two taunts, and only one of them with an acceptable CD.
As for Resto Druids... maybe not *hard*, but with no burst ability expect Nourish....

Oomkins just have to track a ridiculous number of dots and cooldowns.
You keep two debuffs up (three, but FF lasts 5 mintues) and spam one spell a lot in between, and switch that spell every time you get a proc and just spam the other one.
It's not rocket surgery. Enhancement Shaman and Cat Druid are much more sensitive.
