quite possibly the most balanced raid ever?
not to mention you have every buff and debuff possible at your disposal?

I have seen all but the last bosses of BT, and I think I can safely say that almost any encounter can be handled by the same raid setup. Of course some encounters can be better handled by some other raid setup, but it's not needed.
First I would remove that retribution paladin and that moonkin druid. While they can provide some raid buffs, the advantage is very small and on top of that, it is hard to gear up such players let alone find one that is skilled enough.
This setup gives:
7 healers with some offhealers if needed (which shouldn't)
Up to 5 tanks
5 aoe is more then enough for any aoe encounter that I have seen.
1 prot warrior
1 prot paladin
2 feral druids
1 fury warrior
2 resto druid
1 holy priest
2 holy paladins
2 resto shaman
2 mages
3 warlocks
2 rogues
2 shadow priests
2 hunters
1 enhancement shaman
1 elemental shaman
Raid setup is ofcourse very depending on positionning and encounter. Some enounters need specific buffs. Some encounters are very mana heavy for the healers, others for the AOE-ers.
But a typical raid could be:
Group 1
Protection Warrior
Protection Paladin
Feral Druid
Warlock
Resto Shaman
Group 2
Elemental Shaman
Mage
Mage
Shadow Priest
Hunter
Group 3
Enhancement Shaman
Rogue
Rogue
Fury Warrior
Feral Druid
Group 4
Shadow Priest
Resto Druid
Holy Priest
Holy Paladin
Holy Paladin
Group 5
Resto Druid
Resto Shaman
Warlock
Warlock
Hunter

my guild has a capable balance druid AND ret pally. let me say that the raid-wide +3% crit is HUGE considering how many other physical dps you bring to a raid. and a moonkin druid with an elem sham + 2 mages and a shadow priest is possibly the best caster group you can make, not to mention you have an extra battle rez and innervate.
