I'm looking for a mod that will preview that I have those buffs on my screen, so that I don't have to check my top right buffs, or make all the buffs on my frames larger.
I'm currently using: Dominoes & Grid and an assortment of other non-combat mods.
What can you guys suggest? I just wanna streamline my healing in PvE so I can pull out instant flashes, or wicked fast penances.

Thanks guys.
Also, with my current addons is there a way I can get the party frames to not show up in 5 mans? since grid already shows that. I figured out how to set it not show in raid using xperl, but I haven't found out how to turn it off altogether.

There is actually an option to do this in the standard WoW interface. You can go to "Interface" then "Unitframes" and check the box "Hide Party Interface in Raid"

Yeah, I know that but how do I get it to not display while in a 5 man?

Ahh crap. Sorry i missed that it was for 5 man instances... I know there's an option for that in Healbot and XPerl, but I don't know Grid that well. :-(

There's also an addon called
PowerAuras
, which can be used to show giant icons on your screen for just about any buff/debuff, or other events.

I use
IceHUD
to hide my party and player frames since I use grid as well.
Also for auras I use
DoTimer
for Spell CDs DoT up time it also has options to mob Buff Frames and an alert for auras you can set up.

PowerAuras lets you see the amount of time left in Surge of Light and shows up (either with or without sound depending on your choice) in a dramatic, or boring, animation (again, depending on how you like it).
MSBT can be more "alarming" in a visual sense for when it procs.
