I always use distracting shot after aimed and there is always an autoshot plopping in there somewhere...

edit: errr, except for when the tank looses aggro, don't have time for aimed then :P just distracting, arcane or multi, whichever isn't on cd, and finally an arcane or multi if one is available, otherwise a steady
