Tbh not freshly-dinged 80 gear.
I looked on your armory and you are disc?
Atm, run a couple higher-end normal instances (Hol, Oculus, UP for instance) and when you reach ~1200 spell power and a decent hit rating start the easier heroics (Nexus, Utgarde Keep and Violet hold), and get gear from there, progressing through heroics as you go along.
At ~1500 spell power, hit capped and around 15-20% crit (no idea on shadow priests tbh) go to 10 man raids, they will have nice upgrades for you.
At about 2.5k DPS go to 25 mans and try to get gear there.

I'm normally shadow specced, but I let my roommate play last night after I crashed and he specced into Disc 'cuz he likes to heal.
(Its obvious he doesn't know how to spec a Disc priest tho xD)
I just haven't had a chance to turn back to Shadow 'cuz of maintenance.

Looks like its going to be a lot more work than I'd hoped to start raiding. ^ ^;;
I disagree to be honest
with decent hit, do 10 man with friends, and gather some gear, in general, if you have good friends to play with, let them carry you for a while till your gear is up to level.
what Patty say is to work really hard for nothing, at the moment my guild does most 10 man content with 9 people anyway, so it's easy to boost someone through some content for gearing up

Well as I said myself, I have 0 raiding experience as shadow, was merely applying my knowledge of me gearing up as holy to try and help.
And not everyone has all content on farm and can 9 man 10 mans with no problems, which is why I am recommending getting up to scratch by your own credit, it may take longer but it will be worth it.
Took me ~2 weeks to get geared for 25 mans tbh, by farming heroics for a few drops and ofc, badges.
