The
Magic Dust
quest has a small link called
Glittering Dust
which will lead you to a page that shows which mobs that drop it;
Blood Elf Surveyor
's and
Blood Elf Reclaimer
's drop it, and you can see on the map where they're located.

Hi there!
Please avoid unnecessary CAPS on subject lines. If you check the comments (read them) associated with the
Magic Dust
quest, you will see that what you look "Drops off of Blood Elf Reclaimers and Blood Elf Surveyors in Northern Azshara."
It might be a slow drop, just keep killing them until you get what you need.
