Not without removing the inbuilt functions from those buttons (i.e. unit interaction on the right, allowing you to talk to NPCs etc.)
Clique will allow you to do that with unit frames but not with clicking the unit itself.

Allow me to rephrase myself:Clique will allow you to do that with unit frames but not with clicking the unit itself. Not without removing the inbuilt functions from those buttons (i.e. unit interaction on the right, allowing you to talk to NPCs etc.)can you do that.

You can't do what you want to do (in a convenient way).

How about ADDING functions to the mouse buttons, using modifiers so as not to override the existing functionality? I've always wanted to be able to, say, hold down alt and right click to cast certain spells (For example, alt+Rbutton to cast Death and Decay, then click normally to place it)

make a macro
#showtooltip
/cast Hunter's Mark
/petattack
/startattack
put it on an action bar then bind that button to the left mouse button. i put also /petattacjk since you want your pet charge the mob right?
it should work (/petattack and /startattack don't trigger gcd afaik), i use this macro binded on the keboard anyway. dunno if left click works the same.

@RedwoodElf: Keybindings are different for not holding any modifier or holding any combination of them. Your example could be done as:/run SetBindingSpell("ALT-BUTTON2", "Death and Decay")@Coldkil: You'd have to use something like #showtooltip
/tar mouseover
/stopmacro
/cast Hunter's Mark
/petattack
/startattackI don't recommend binding it to any of the left or right keys though, as their default functions are impossible to replicate with macros. You could bind them to another mouse key, but you'd probably pull 100 bosses before you get used to it.
