Your Spell Priority List is as follows:
Pop Feral Spirit>LB When 5X Maelstrom>LL>SS>ES
Everything else, check the Shaman forums.
lava blast wont work with 5 times mealstrom, i think you can better use then OR a heal(like i always do) OR a lighningbolt

Yes, but LB is more mana efficient. CL is better on multiple targets, but it takes too much mana to be better than LB on single target.

Yes, but LB is more mana efficient. CL is better on multiple targets, but it takes too much mana to be better than LB on single target.
The spellpower efficienty is higher on LB meaning at some point it will become stronger at single targets. Can't say specifically but as a rule of thumb you should use LB on single targets and CL on 2+ targets.
