I'll add mine to the list. It's in my Sig.
Mostly for raiding/instancing. PvP is not so good with, unless you can stand back and nuke.
I just pretty much use 2 instant DoTs, then spam shadowbolt(Frozen Shadoweave Set).
Afflic has instant dot, imp Lifetap
Demo has passive Buffs(sta/int, SLink, Master Demo and +dmg = Improved Fel Armor & Demo Knowledge)
Destro for the faster, more damaging nukes.
When I do battlegrounds. Which is almost always AV. I sacrifice my VW for the Health regen.
I put 1 point in healthstone b/c most Locks either put 0 or 2 into it. This way the raid can have more then 1 HS at a time. Sometimes all 3.
