Just dinged 70 today, and i was curious on where my goals should be set to at the moment.
Armory link:

I'm looking to do arena, bgs, and some PvE.
Right now, my gear is crap from quests (not worthy of pvping), i have no keys for heroics, nor do i know what/where keys to get, or even if i need to get keys. What things do i need to be honored with to run heroics? Also, i do NOT have my flying mount yet, and only 200g saved up for it. Any sort of guidance on where to go to grind money, rep to run heroics, good gear to get, and whatever else will be appreciated, thanks.

No money? Easy. Just quest as if you weren't 70 yet. 12-30g a quest is overpowered... seriously. I made about 800g casually questing on my 70 Rogue in Netherstorm in one day. Also, your first priority should be getting your mining to 375. Mining is the best money-making gathering profession, use it.
Get keyed for every heroic. You only need to be honored with the various factions
(Keepers of Time, Thrallmar, Lower City, The Sha'tar, and Cenarion Expedition)
to get the heroic keys from thier respective quartermaster. Also, go to Deadwind Pass and begin your Karazhan attunment chain as soon as possible. Most guilds need priests, Shadow (AKA "Mana Battery") or Holy.

Another good thing to do to start gearing yourself up is to either look at the ingame addon AtlasLoot or Wowhead's item-by-instance pages and try to find some upgrades for yourself. If you write out a list and work on running those instances until you get them, then you'll find it much easier than just running a dungeon and
hoping
something will drop that is an upgrade for you.
