Wasn't sure if this fell under lore or general, but I figured I'd get more answers here.
Is Cenarius (and Cenarion by extension) pronounced with a hard or soft c? And what WoW language is that from?

Pronunciation..... no clue heh.
As for language, it's Darnassian/Night Elf.

If you /attack emote with a male night elf he says "For Cenarion!" Where 'C' is said more like a 'S' thn a 'K'.

Soft C.
With a hard C it doesn't sound as Elvish. ;0

I've always pronounced it with a soft C, and so have all of the people I've spoken to(where I could actually hear the word being spoken) about Cenarion lore and the Cenarion factions.
And it's most likely from Darnassian, but it could be from an older language.

I know about Sindarin. ;)
It's still a soft C though, wherever I have heard it spoken.

more
elvish than soft... :P

I've always imagined Elvish mostly spoken in soft Cs, because it is softer. ^^
