Aside from hit rating, your gear is perfectly fine for heroics.
For the moment, your hit rating target should be 197 which will cap you out at 6% hit for the heroics.
A couple items you might want to consider to help you with that would be 2x

. You are only a few thousand Wyrmrest Accord rep away from being able to get the fangs, so thats np.
That's 100 hit rating right there which would put you at 180, just 17 shy of cap. Icewalker enchant on boots or a titanium weapon chain are a couple options that would help get you the rest of the way
I would recommend putting some sort of chants on your gear. They definitely don't need to be top of the line since you will be replacing alot of this stuff soon, but anything is better than nothing. The cloak, however, is good enough to last you quite awhile, so i would put something good on that one. The fangs (if you get them) will be keepers for quite awhile as well.

Since youre MM enchants & gems can vary from other specs like surv (all agility)
MM spec needs agi exactly like SV. It's BM the spec that works better with attack power.

That's true if you specify interesting numbers in the comment line (like "full epic, 4800AP, 37% crit!") or if you're in a guild with lots of friends. In any other case Hunters are not the 1st dps class everyone wants as soon as we log on :)

LOL...sooooo true. I was on my mage leveling him Saturday morning, when GM messages me and asks me to get on my hunter for a 25 man naxx run. So I did, we cleared 3 wings fairly quickly. Seems to be happening more and more.
