Switch targets... a lot! We will have to reaplly hots constantly and lose mana fast. Once you see a target with no hots, nuke him down. Luckily he will be already at low health and you'll put alot of pressure!
I'll let the pros talk now :p

Once a druid gets a full set of HoTs on the target, you just have to switch so that he rolls heals on the next target. Make sure you windshock any spell he casts, and use purge whenever no lifebloom stacks (or barkskin) are on him. Force the druid to roll lifebloom on the target first.
When the druid innervates, spam purge, you may get lucky and get through the barkskin, or have it off at that time.
Drink frequently, once you are down 50% mana you should be continually trying to drink. Alternatively the dps will be attacking you (or maybe his pet, you can hope!) allowing you to watershield tank for mana.
Finally, make sure disease cleanse and frost resist totem are down.

As a mage it's actually easy to down a druid/dps team. Trust me.
If anyone is a mage that is reading this, focus your damage on the DPS and wait for the druid to turn out of tree to cast a cyclone. Silence him and cast a sheep. Call for PI, zerg the DPS. Profit. Don't quote this and say I'm wrong. I'm right. If you do however insist that you are right link your chars. Mk?
The OP is a shaman working with a deathknight... so they can't really do that. That being said, it is important to get the druid when it tries to cyclone (use grounding totem, windshock it). Most druids do not expect their cyclones to be interrupted, it is a real 'shock' to them when it happens.

Try using Purge to dispel their hots when you aren't being pressured to heal. Yeah, they are probly gonna have this talent:

, but it should help out.

Switching targets is the main thing, another good thing is if the resto druid is on 30-40% HP, switch back to him, make sure his trinket is on cooldown then stun him, use wings, burst as much as you can, right after the stun wears off use arcane torrent and finish him off.

OK, it's resto shaman/ret paladin guys....
For one...

If he's already silenced, and out of form, he should be going back into tree form. Silence of any type doesn't stop a druid from switching forms. This means a poly is utterly stupid and a waste of a cast against a druid. Wait, it always has been....
You want to couter his cyclone and try to get a fear on him while his heals haven't been refreshed. IF he trinkets the fear, you can try a quick Deep Freeze, but he'll have some HoT's up between, so this only really works is he has a FoF proc on him.
Don't believe me? My armory is in my sig.

As for ret/resto. Well, that's a tough fight. When I play against a shaman, I train the shaman to try to force earth shield so he goes oom quickly. Shaman can't handle burst very well, and go oom faster than everyone else. DK's are OP, so don't expect much when you can't really remove the slows, ever, and their aoe is retarded.
Your best bet is to have your Ret go after the resto till he's got a 3 stack of LB on him, then swap to the DK. I would use your Hex on the DK if the druid tries to seperate the two of you, but he should really be dragging the ret back and forth thru Desecration and keeping him slowed, forcing AoE damage and using freedom on himself religiously. The DK should turn around and crack the ret a few times on the way by each time, forcing more healing.
If they aren't retarded, you will have a VERY hard time with this team. You will have to try to win the mana war, and when the druid runs away for an innervate, you will have to freedom the shaman and repent the DK for a hopeful purge. In higher brackets, where there is more burst running around in the arena, you might have a better chance, but you might also get rick rolled by the DK. They are seriously OP compared to ret(but ret burst with an 1850 weapon or bigger is pretty crazy as well), and need some of their retardedly OP tools taken away. The druid will be able to run away and drink while you will not, and the ret can't sit on the DK or the cleave damage will be too much to heal.

When you burst the Druid down you NEED to keep him CC'd from about 50% health down because he most likely has a nature's swiftness healing touch macro that just might put him back to full health. If the DK trinkets out of the hex you can hopefully thunderstorm him out of the area and immediately and go back to blasting away at the druid. You both have to ideally be beating the crap out of him and popping all your cooldowns. If he has the time to put up any hots before you cc him to hell purge if he didn't put a lifebloom on. If he even thinks about getting a regrowth off earth or wind shock him. If he survives the stun and you've popped all your cooldowns i don't personally believe they're a team you can beat with your limited cc
