First of all unbind Q and E , then bind A and D to strafe instead. That way you cant keyboard turn at all. Another tip is to play some first person shooter for a while to get the feel in.
I actually kept Q and E as strafe and bound A and S to abilities. It felt more natural, but I guess I am in a minority there.
I actually broke my habit of keyboard turning when I made a twink rogue back in BC. I mean, at 19 rogues have two primary buttons, Sinister Stirke and Eviscerate, everything else is situational.
With twinks out of the normal BGs, you could always roll up a rogue, queue for the 10-19 bracket, and try it out. The only reason I suggest this is that, at 80, burst is so high that may take quite a few deaths to get a hang of it. 19 is a bit more forgiving. Start with only the two buttons (SS and Evis), add in more buttons as you get more comfortable.

Im just now trying to break the habit too. I am also getting away from clicking my spells. some things I have done are, while traveling, I take my left hand completely away from the keyboard and use just my mouse to move. I also run a lot of BGs and keep my left hand fingers on the keybinds, not wasd, while tabbing the targets. I also have my mouse sensitivity turned way up so the slightest movement gets me around quick.

Personally, I picked up a gaming keyboard, and haven't had issues with needing to keyboard turn since.
This
is the keyboard I use, and I love it other than the fact that the software seems to have no support(I have to restart my comp multiple times sometimes when the software doesn't load properly). I seriously don't think I can go back to gaming without an Ideazon. It's my #1 gaming accessory, and makes keybinds 10x easier to reach accurately.

To add to lightrains response, I did recently get a logitec g13 keypad. Default setup doesnt even have turn set to a key. Just forward/back/strafe. Other than the Lcd and thumbstick, a keyboard can do the same thing. Its just a little easier to use. I will say that that now I focus more on the screen and can just spam my most popular spells. I also target with the tab key and not my mouse except for rare occasions. I used to not be a beliver but keybinds and mouse turning FTW.

yeah, i definately am not used to it yet, but I've taken everyones advice all at once and I see slight improvment now and again. I definately have died to a couple mobs I shouldn't have, but its a learning process and at least I'm trying. Hopefully in a couple weeks I will become the thorn in a lot of peoples side.
This calls for a killing spree, no really find a big area full of mobs and just run around mindlessly killing and getting used to the new layout.

There is one bad thing about unbinding turn keys. If you play a healer, you will have to keyboard turn some times while selecting party members or using mouseover macros. But, as a warrior, you shouldn't have that problem.

As said above. Unbind your turn keys. Doing this will force you to turn properly, and you should have it down pat within a few hours. I also suggest you unbind your S-key, you should never be backpeddaling, ever.
