Any help would be appreciated ! :D

If you have heroics in mind, then you better start questing and working on a sturdy tanking suit...then learning & upgrading as much as possible via normal content.
If you meant regular 5-man dungeons, the better the gear, the easier the time you'll have.
Either way, you have a lot of factions to work on (maybe not so much anymore, since the reputation changes) & you need to get your flying mount (at least get the normal flying mount).
Hitting level 70 usually indicates heavy questing at some point. You want to quest as much now as you can while you're still a good PVE spec that lets you solo...nothing worse than having subpar gear
and
being PVP spec (depending on class), imo. I guess it won't make a huge impact since we're warriors, but I haven't been PVP spec in a very long time.
Also, no matter how much "experience" you have, when leveling a character to max level for the first time you're going to have a lot of things to learn in all aspects of the game that just simply aren't in the manual (figuratively). To say one does not, only proves my point.
So, your priorities are 1) earn some money/buy your mount, 2) attain honored with all factions, 3) gear up some (pvp & pve).
Good luck!

Grind it out in BGs for honor points (try to do your dailies for extra hps) and do your 10 game a week in Arena. Doesn't matter if you go 0-10 you still get arena points and most important, experiences. Don't just farm for the points, play and learn.
Arena and BG gears are just as good as if not better than raid drops.
I wouldn't spend too much time getting my rep up for every factions. Find a faction that have gears you want and spend time collecting them when you're bored with BGs and you're done with arena for the week.

I wouldn't spend too much time getting my rep up for every factions.
If you plan on doing anything other than pure PVP & Arena, then you should get your Heroic keys for every faction that requires one. This list would include Cenarion Expedition (Coilfang Reservoir), Honor Hold (Hellfire Citadel), Lower City (Auchindoun), Sha'tar (Tempest Keep) & Keepers of Time (Caverns of Time). I may have left one out, haven't played lately. This will help you when it comes time to be attuned for raids (if you choose).
There will be another faction & heroic key to obtain later...for the Sunwell Plateau. You don't want to get behind, really.
PVP doesn't make money. There's not really a reason to keep yourself from making a
huge
chunk of change by doing the quests necessary to obtain your Heroic key (honored reputation) for each faction. I can't think of a better way to earn flying mount (regular or epic alike) than doing quests that achieve multiple goals via the same amount of time & effort. Efficient productivity.
It is also my experience that most players are fairly poor while leveling up; doing the work now to save a headache later.

Oh and another thing is that as a 2H MS Warrior, you're gonna get the cold shoulders, most of the time, when trying to get into a group doing heroics, as they prefer prot warriors for tanking.
It kinda sucks because I need primal nethers and nether vortex to get to 2nd and 3rd tier Axesmith/Swordsmith/Hammersmith weapons, which are BOP and mainly found in doing heroics. Silly thing is every profession needs it and you gotta roll for it - not always a gaurantee when it does drop.
Arena and PVP gears have crit ratings and attack power stats instead of Strength and Agility stats like boss drops (which can be buffed significantly with Mark of the Wild and Blessing of Kings). Also I dont recall any raid drops to have resilience ratings, which is a big bonus in PVP.
I hate being a tank because everyone relies on me to contain aggro. Which i get yelled at for all the time by them mages and priest LOL.
You should be able to buy your regular flying mount when you reach 70 if you dont spend too much money at the AH.
Since S1 gears are available to purchase via honor points, I'd recommend doing BGs to get that S1 set.
For me, obtaining rep for faction is secondary. I'll farm for Obsidian Warbeads, Mark of Sargeras, e.g. while i wait for my BG queues. A queue for AV is usually around 5-7 minute wait, so that's plenty of time to get a few.

Just a couple notes to Nossy about Nether Vortexes & heroics.
Nether Vortexes are only obtained off creatures inside the 25-player raids Serpentshrine Cavern & Tempest Keep. They do not drop in heroics (but Primal Nethers do).
Non-protection warriors are almost never admitted to heroics by experienced players due to the major lack of performance & efficiency talents in the Protection tree.
I do not know of an Arms/Fury warrior who outgeared a heroic dungeon, it
could
be possible...but I seriously doubt it. If this has happened, it's been since patch 2.1 (I would know if it were true pre-2.1). Correct me if I'm wrong...
