Hard to believe I missed this thread when it was posted, but here we go:

Your Unbridled Wrath & Tactical Mastery are screwing up your build. That alone accounts for 8 points you need. At least 6 of those should go into Prot. and exactly where my good friend Gengetsu said: Focused Rage & 1-hand spec.

That said, you need to pick up Last Stand. It's basically required for tanks who don't want repair bills because someone wasn't paying attention (not directed at healers, for the most part, =).
