I've never seen any warriors with that talent dps or tank, its not really a bad talent, but all specs do need the points elsewhere, to sum it up, no warrior who is speccing right should have it, calling them 'tards' might be a bit harsh though.

I don't have it and never seen anyone using it either, although I rarely inspect people. It's not needed, as for the pallies, I don't know their talent distribution but maybe they don't have enough points because they've picked up something they deemed more useful; Ret pallies are those who ought to have this talent. If they have enough points and don't pick Vindication, however, that means they have no clue.
Or you should simply explain to them if they are ready to listen. A good friend of mine rolled a ret pally and he didn't have Vindication, when I asked him about it he went like "Lol 10 AP reduction for 2 points?" and then I explained that 10 ap was the value at level 1, that now this talent reduces about 500 AP and why it's great for raiding. Now he does have it.

It's not. As I said, try to discuss it with them to see why do they take it.
The only time I'd take Imp Bloodrage is for my special prot pvp build. I never use that in PvE.

It's required for prot pallies nowadays, there's no debate. Those two points come out of Conviction, which is filler - you're trading 2% crit for a huge chunk of mitigation. Every prot pally should have Vindication.
My question is about Improved Bloodrage... I still don't understand how it's useful
There still is debate. It's about party balance. If you don't have a warrior around, then it's obviously useful (though probably less useful than Judgements of the Just, if you want to be picky about it). But if my brother (prot pally) is running with my warrior alt, then the additional benefit is the extra AP reduction above and beyond an untalented Demo shout, and he could probably use those two points for increased dps/threat instead. Especially in PvP, where AP is moreorless useless against a tank anyway.
I agree with the point on PvP uses for Improved Bloodrage. It'd be useful for the switch to Battle Stance, hit Imp Bloodrage, and you've then got enough rage for your Shield Slam / Concussion Blow.

Aye. Improved Bloodrage is either for PvP or for the arms incite spec.
