Improved Blessings/Auras: Your group, or just you?

I noticed recently that, while the other holy paladin in our group was tossing out raid buffs, that his Blessings of Might buffed only for the standard rate, despite the fact that he's specced into Imp. Blessing of Might. I asked him to put it on himself, and it used the increased amount.
I looked at the talent, and it reads as follows:
Increases the Attack Power bonus of
your
Blessing of Might by 4/8/12/16/20%.
Notice the bolded part.
This seems uniform across all of the "Improved Aura/Blessing" talents.
Can anyone else confirm this? If so, I'm going to have to tell a
lot
of buddies to spec out of Imp. Devotion and Imp. Might...

I'm shocked people have Imp. Devotion. Since you cast BoM, it is Yours regardless of who it got put on. Thus increasing their attack power.
If your getting the default amount number from mousing over your buffs, thats how all improved buffs work. They don't display the improved amounts and just the base. The bonus is there.
