Agi > Str > Sta
For leveling that's the order. Strength isn't terribly important but obviously get it where you can. For pure leveling purposes stam is also kinda useless. It comes almost naturally with agility items, so just try to get agi and take the other stats a bonus. That applies all the way to 70, altho if you want to tank at some point, getting another set with more stam and defensive stats is a good idea.

Go for a 3 agi to 2 str ratio.
Agility is superior as it adds both dodge, crit, AP and armour.
Stamina will come by itself, and it isn't important to have lots of stamina, at least until Outland.

I have heard it all.
1. Agility > Stamina > Strength
2. Strength > Stamina > Agility
3. Agility > Strength > Stamina
I have tried 1 and 3. The truth is that it for 1-70 it doesn't make that much difference for normal PvE gameplay. I will say that for grinding, number 3 seems a little bit better because of the heavier up front damage on individual mobs. For doing alot of questing, were you may get adds unexpectedly, number 1 may be what you need. I have tried swapping gear a few times to see what was more beneficial and it really wasn't that different. What you lose in criticals (agility) you make up for in overall damage (strength) and what you lose in overall damage you make up for with criticals.
As a side note, it is very difficult to find agility gear in the auction house due to druids, rogues, and hunters. It will be very expensive or non-existent. You'll need to quest for good agility gear after about level 45 or so.
If you go with number 2 (not sure why you would) then this would not be an issue as not many people are interested in leather gear that focuses on strength.
