If you open up the
Blizzard Help
menu (the question mark on your bottom toolbar) you can find an option to make a petition.
Under the
Stuck
option, there should be a button that will allow you to get out of whatever predicament you managed to get yourself into.

Hearth? Un-stealth?

if you are unaware of your hearthstone, it is in your backpack (the top-left slot unless you've moved it). Using this will teleport you to your home(which is chosen by speaking to any innkeeper). If you haven't made a home it will teleport you to your starting zone.
If this stone is on cooldown you can either wait, or:
•Click the red ? on the menu bar (next to your bags)
•Click 'Open a Ticket' (bottom left of box)
•Click Stuck
•Click 'Auto-Untsuck' which will first use you rhearthstone if its not on cooldown. if it is it will attempt to teleport you a few paces in any direction.
•If nothing happens try again, or choose the 'Contact a GM' option.
•If all this fails or takes too long, make a new character.
