New talent that will replace Ice Block in our tree (wich will become trainable by every mage at level 30). It basically reduce casting time of every spell by 20% and frost spell have more chance to crit.

from rickyflame
on the up side means us raiding mages get ice block (agro dump FTW)
As a side note, ice block is NOT an aggro dump. It makes you invulnerable while the spell is active which means mobs you aggroed will not attack you if others are on their threat list. After the spell is over you will have the same amount of threat you did before you cast ice block.
Hopefully by then the tank uped his threat.
Now that you survied, use invis. to wipe aggro.
