Having run all 3, I can honestly say you could go in with blues in all of them and do fine. By that I mean, actually good players in all blues would do fine. Your average lvl 80 noob will get wrecked so hard it wont be funny.
Also, the tanking in halls of reflection is a #$%^&.

I haven't done them on the ptr but from the descriptions we can probably conclude that it will be similar to how Magisters Terrace was in BC. It will be difficult at first, but as time goes by fresh 80's will be farming it as soon as they ding.

I don't remember freshly dinged 70s being able to go into MGT, but that could just be me.
About 2 months after it was released I saw plenty of fresh 70's farming MGT.

As the usual pug-standards, Tanks will need a bizarre amount of health, healers will need a bizarre amount of mana and dps will ask for recount after every trashpull and get lag at every bossfight.

+1 Indeed...
I hope that with 1 or 2 friends in the group, the other scrubs won't influence the performance of the group that much....
But, you know, the better the gear gets, the less brains ppl tend to put in playing their chars.... Yesterday we wiped in ToTC normal, after ALL 3 DPSers , lvl226+ geared, died because they didn't move out from the bladestorm thing of the warrior.... Then again, on HC, on Pelletress' trash because no one bothers to interupt Mind Control and my Hammer of Justice was on CD... its just pathetic...
I really hope that with the new LFG adding members from other realms this will get better..
EDIT: typo..

The first two bosses are cake. HoR however, is not. The groups I was in had 3 premades, 2 people with gear superior to premades and we still barely did it. The following 4 tries in other groups we couldn't do it.
I'm sure it was nerfed or it will be, because it was ridiculously hard, especially when only 232 drops - the same quality from faceroll onyxia.

Is the question for Reg or Heroic. I assume reg can be easily done by anyone since it drops 219 gear like HToC which any new 80 should be able to do. But heroic drops 232 gear and it shouldn't be that easy to jump from quest blues to 232. I would assume reg ICC should be comparable to most heroics but really on par with HToC5 which is slightly more difficult where 187-200 gear is fine. And H ICC would need more 200-219 gear.
As far as tanking goes, is dodge a waste? Do we need to stack parry for ICC? What about a block set? Do the bosses hit too hard, or is it non-physical damage?
Thanks.
