feel free to agree or disagree
I disagree with your grammer.

I disagree with you.
If you don't like it, don't go for it then. Like you said, you won't be rolling as a goblin, so that should not affect you at all.
And for the worgen, is your way of saying that the worgen can't be apart of the Alliance simply because that they are furry? We have space goats... so yeah, I think they can go with kinda weird things.

Maybe they would leave them neutral and give you the option to choose to gain reputation with the Alliance or Horde, like when you get to Shattrath for the first time?

I know I am not alone in this but my main reasons for disliking them as pc races are the following
a. I like goblins in general remaining somewhat neutral(ie more interested in research and profit than going out and killing stuff) becuz I think it suits them better and I just don't think that many people horde side will be in any huge hurry to roll as a goblin. I myself pretty much only tauren and have a hard time rolling as a race I can't get into. So maybe that's just me but I doubt I will ever make a goblin toon. Also, I think the horde needs another race that can be palys.
b. on what basis would worgen or wolven become part of the alliance? Does that make any sense other than Bliz giving the allies a furry race? Much rather see Bliz giving them Pandarens becuz I just can't see the wolven joining any big confederation.
It doesn't have to be that the goblins have changed their ideology. It could be that all or some of them have somehow managed to tick off someone like Varian Wrynn or maybe even the night elves. Remember how the blood elves got screwed? Well, it could be something just as simple as that.
Regarding the worgen, that's easy enough. Not all worgen would necessarily be Alliance, but a group of them could be. They could be the remnants of the human kingdom of Gilneas. It's been rumored for some time that they were overtaken by worgen. Maybe they're not feral and have retained their sanity. They're just hairy people now.

Jsut because they are worgen, doesn't mean they are as you know them in game today. They will likely not be bloodthirsty/completely animalistic entities that you see in duskwood or in SFK.
I'm assuming they will be from Gilneas and will have some how combatted their transformation to remain/regain their humanity, despite their appearance (this could be what they have been doing all this time, healing, growing without the alliances' help, but now they need it, or something). This would be necessary for the Alliance to have any hope of accepting them, based on the precedence set by rejecting the foresaken.
Similarly, and this has already been mentioned, the Goblins will likely be a sub set of the Goblins (just as the playable trolls are a segment of trolls in general). The goblin race (lore wise) will not all belong to the group allied to the horde, i'm sure... but some segment that is tired of playing politics, or believes that it would be economically sound for some reason to ally with the horde.

You aren't - but that doesn't add credence to your opinion really. ;)

Goblins assisted the Horde during the Third War. They continue to provide a bulk of their technological assistance (zeppelins, etc.) to the Horde. Despite that, my guess is that since we're going to be dealing with the Maelstrom in the next expansion, the Goblins that join the Horde will be from Undermine, not the goblins of the Steamwheedle Cartel.
b. on what basis would worgen or wolven become part of the alliance? Does that make any sense other than Bliz giving the allies a furry race? Much rather see Bliz giving them Pandarens becuz I just can't see the wolven joining any big confederation.
While I agree that I'd prefer Pandaren over Worgen, here's what the speculation is: In Silverpine Forest there is a great wall, the Greymane Wall, which separates the former Alliance kingdom of Gilneas from the rest of the Eastern Kingdoms. Gilneas secluded itself when the plague began to spread - but there is (I believe) a dead-end quest line that points to Worgen having gotten into Gilneas before the kingdom was sealed. Assuming that a player character would have to have overcome most of the Worgen's bestial nature, it makes sense that they would renew their former allegiance to the Alliance upon their reemergence.

no, it hasn't been confirmed by blizzard, but wow.com has "multiple close sources" or something, which at least, to me, makes it more credible than simply being based on halloween masks. I think it is likely true, but not guaranteed, by any means.

A new race, instead of a race that's been with us since the beginning and doesn't bring anything really new or exciting to us.
To be fair, if these are Goblins from Undermine, then they
aren't
the Goblins that have been with us since the beginning. It's very possible that in their own enclosed society, the Goblins could be far more complex than those we see in the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor.
I actually could see Goblins as a Paladin race. It would only take a small faction within the Goblin race to give themselves to the Light in order for them to become Paladins. And besides that, it would allow them to balance things out by adding the Shaman class for Worgen, which from a purely concept-based standpoint makes a lot of sense.

The real question is: Will this introduce one more race that can roll druid?
I doubt a goblin can be druid though.

First of all... This could be a
joke
.. Remember when Blizzard said Wisps will be the new playable race and their attack self-destruct would resolve in making a new character etc. Blizzard's Humor should not be underestimated....
If not... Goblins are some sort of a Horde version of a Gnome, and Worgens Ally for Taurens...
Hmm maybe if Worgens are Neutral, how about Furbolgs?
Or choosing a faction, but i really doubt they will make a Neutral zone/faction/whatever for the first 10 or so levels...
And would be hard to tell who's Ally and who Horde if not flagged... Especially on PvE Realms...
What i wouldn't mind to see is
Naga
Ethereals
