I have made a macro to cast hunter's mark and aspect of the hawk. In case I am in viper before a fight. The issue is it plays the aspect of the hawk sound every time and gets annoying. Ive tried various work arounds and nothing stops the aspect sound. The "Sound_EnableSFX 0/1" doesn't work with the aspect change.
#showtooltip
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
/cast Hunter's Mark
/cast !Aspect of the Hawk
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1
/run UIErrorFrame:Clear()
Any suggestions?

I'm not very good with macros, however with the
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
, couldn't that just mean it's not enabling it? Is
/console Sound_DisableSFX 1
a macro command? I know it sounds weird, but maybe it's worth a shot.

/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
turns the sound off, by toggling the console variable "Sound_EnableSFX" to zero.
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1
Turns the sound on, by toggling the console variable "Sound_enableSFX" to one.
1 is "true", 0 is "false", and this should, indeed, be the correct macro slash command to use.

Thanks for the replies. I use "Sound_EnableSFX" on various other macroes and it works great. I think the issue has something to do with the aspect being 2 diffrent sounds. I changed the default sound of Hawk but it still plays another sound. the sound that still plays is the same sound that plays when you change to any other aspect. Thay all have a sound followed by another sound that sounds like the animal the aspect is named after. "Sound_EnableSFX" works on errors when i try to change aspects within the GCD time. Hope this info helps some. Also, these forums are great for expanding yoour knowledge of macros and the responses are informative. Thanks wowhead.
