Q1: I usually don't check people's gear before doing instances. If his health seems abnormally low for the content, I will, however. If his gear sucks, I will tell him. Again, depends on where we are. (normal Utgarde keep? Heroics? 25man Ulduar?)
Q2: "so and so"? If a person is screwing up the group/raid because he's all too high and mighty to take commands, we boot him. If a guy manages 800 DPS at level 80 with epic-achievement, we boot him. It all depends on the degree of "so and so", and location.
Q3: Depends on the reason he was kicked. Not agreeing with the guild master? Sure, why not. Ninjalooting, griefing, and such? Hell no.
Q4: I reserve my judgement until I've seen them first hand. So yes.
Q5: Of course. Silly question.

1. Doesn't matter. The Warriors I group with only use guns to pull mobs.
2. So so DPS, good attitude. I have an extremely low tolerance for ^&*!@#bags.
3. Until I find out why he was kicked, no.
4. Yeah. I wouldn't believe rumors until I experience the ninjalooting firsthand.
5. Why wouldn't I?

Oh, so people aren't allowed to play differently?
My bad.

You misunderstand, each of the wrong answers given have bad consequences attatched to them. I will give up these when we've gotten one or two pages.
Reading your thread on the general forum, I can see that you've been mentally assaulted by a lowlevel character asking for your mats-price, then deciding to farm it themselves.
So what if a tank has/had a legendary weapon? You don't know the story of how he got it.
You still haven't elaborated on what "so and so" attitude means. 800 dps in heroics is as bad as noobness.
Your entire stance of "this has only one correct answer" has only one correct answer because
you
think so. It has multiple answers, depending on a person's trust and maturity.
Now shoo.

Q1: I'll ask him first why he uses that gun, and I'll make my decision according to his answer.
Q2: So and so DPS with a good attitude. If they have a good attitude then they can always learn how to DPS better.
Q3: Yes.
Q4: Depending on how trustable the people who said they are ninjas are. If they are close friends, I won't group with them. If it's just some random person on the trade chat then I won't believe him.
Q5: Depends on how he asks the question. If he says "lol hi u pls tell me hw much cost plx?" then I won't answer. If it's "Excuse me, could you please tell me how much is worth?" then I will.

Maurice, you are the first one to get question one correct. Gratz.
You have all gotten question 5 wrong however.
Are you bitter that someone asked how much you sold thorium for and they didn't buy it? they didn't do anything wrong, and your waaaay over-reacting. there are many ways they can get the information, its not like you just gave up a secret, and he wasted what, 5 seconds of your day? big woop.
And I completely agree with Slimda, as these are not just right and wrong answers. for instance, why does a war with a legendary gun means he's a ninja (if it existed)? why would you assume ANY one is a ninja? edit: without first hand knowledge from either experience or from a guildie/friend? master loot is for 2 purposes, to prevent ninjas, or to help them. l2guild if you have an issue with ninjas.
