How to get rid of people leaving M+ out of time.

Hi blizzard I hope this idea ever reaches you, but this solution would possibly fix the pain in the ass in mythic plus dungeons that is higher as raider.io and other stuff is more present day by day making it a must between people who want to rank their mythic progress and people who want to complete the dungeon for the loot and don't care if the timer is lost for whatever reason:
Solution: Just add two different uses for the stone by adding an extra Font of Power at the entrance of the mythic plus (different color one on the right, the other on the left, whatever), with the mythic balanced to its keystone level, people can choose between:
Greedy Font of Power: Untimed run but with the difficulty of the keystone and affixes, you get personal loot per boss like in regular mythic 0, based on the keystone level as usual. No need to rush, you can wipe, you can go as fast as you want, people come for loot not for ranking, people don't leave when timer is out because they are not ranking against a timer. When you complete the mythic the keystone will be depleted one level, this is the loot price, but you get higher loot drop rates than current m+ (one per boss if lucky). Due to no timer, people can be replaced if someone leaves. Item level requirement to join increases by keystone item level.
Challenger Font of Power: Timed run, same as it works today but with no loot at the end just your personal challenge of doing it in time. Leaving because you can't beat the timer is good, you don't lose loot, you get your stone depleted but you can use it next on a Greedy run instead Challenger run to get better gear and then try again the Challenger run later when you are better gear. These are timed runs, just for your satisfaction, your ranking and your personal challenge, so people who want to be competitive will be focused on this while people who want loot will be doing Greedy runs.
This way people with different goals don't take the same path and leave when one of the goals is not meet. Current problem is that people who want loot need to stay until the very end, people who want to rank, leave as the timer runs out of time leaving people who want loot unable to complete the dungeon. So...
If I do a greedy run I know my group want to go to the end because the loot, if someone leaves I can find replacement.
If I do a Challenger run I know people only want to rank and beat the timer. There won't be a problem if people leave in a Challenger run cause timer is out, because I won't lose any loot.
