How do you raid heal as druid?

Stack some LB on the tank and WG to slap some on the other melee as well.
On people taking damage but not actually being attack by a boss or add, a single LB and a rejuv works just fine. With about 2k bonus healing, it's almost 11k healing done, which unless you're a tank, is typically 50-75% of the health of most other players in your raid.
A 2 or 3 stack LB on the tank may not heal for much, but it will definitely help. A blooming LB from a raid healing druid has more than once saved our raids because the MT healer caught a lag spike.
If you are a resto druid who can heal effectively and keep people alive so the MT healers can do their jobs, as a druid, you are worth your weight in gold. Good resto druids are given a sort of exalted status because of their ability manage the chaos that is mass AoE raid damage.

I dont see druids as being the best for raid healing, they're better on MT healing....
Then you dont understand druid healing
so I guess I have to be a good boy and cast rejuv on 12+ ppl and watch all but 1, 2, or 3 tics go to waste per person?
Yes.
Its not about you, its about the raid you're in, and in 25's you are not adequate at being a MT healer in hard modes. Bottom line, youre trying to be a pally healer only problem is, a pally healer is much better at being a pally healer than you. Youre there for a buffer, youre there to prep for that burst raid damage not to go 'oh @#$% lets hurry up and heal 25 people!'. Our hots now overheal. Who cares. It changes nothing. You should still be rolling a rejuv on everyone you can and still have hots on the tanks

What you need to realize about Druids is that we are loved for our HoTs. Our other healer friends don't have such abilities. Our heals are ticks, which need time to heal up people. The best way to heal up in a raid is have your finger ready to use Wild Growth. Another good way to beat a Shaman or Paladin healer to topping off a person at say 92% health is using the Rejuv + Nourish combo. If you have talent points in Gift of the Earthmother, the global cooldown which makes you wait after casting Rejuv to then use Nourish, is reduced. I personally have 3/5 points in GotE.

you personally should have 5/5 GotEM. Btw... you shouldnt be reacting to damage. the only reacyion is swiftmend, or maybe Natures Swiftness + Healing Touch if youre specced into it. We can be reactive... but to a point.
