Venus is a better comparising to earth then, it is almost the same size as earth(94,99% of earth's size). Venus could probarly been a green planet also if it would not been that the solar winds and the magnetic field of the planet was not strong enough to keep particulars essential to have an atmosphere left, the more heavier particulars stayed and it created a sort of warming effect who we see together. Mars had a similar problem they think the electromagnetic shield died bcs of a meteor hitting the north pole of mars and breaking the magnetic somehow, cannot remember all of the article.

Are they talking Azeroth as in Stormwind/Ironforge and the lower zones, or Azeroth as in the world? Cause for the first two games, Azeroth was considered to be the "landmass" stormwind was on, with Lordaeron and the 7 kingdom's being a different "landmass", then Kalimdor and the Southern Islands as different continents/land mass things, with the massive maelstorm in the middle of the three.

I doubt the planet is the size of Finland then Sjoba heh, after all if it was that small, we'd all be squashed in on top of each other.

Way I see it, if the world were that small, and the people were proportionatly (spelling?) that small as well, then they wouldnt be squashed, they'd be on the same scale as their world.

Well yeah if there talking from shore to shore width wise, as in feathermoon to tanaris shore then westfall to swamp of sorrows, but that's not length wise. As said before, if you look at the shape of it, more then likely both Kalimdor and Eastern are equal to the North/Central/South America in size.
