I am far from a pvp master (or even a pvp junky for that matter), but the best way to take down a healer in a BG is to stealth behind them, open with your stun, then shred, shred, TF, shred, FB and that should be that. If your stun is running out, shift into bear and bash em, then maul/mangle, then shift back to cat for more shredding.
Honestly though, I kind of suck at PvP, only time I am able to do anything is when the horde ignores me :)

To be honest, Feral's don't have the tools to effectively take out a healer, especially a +600 res healer.
I feral pvped for the last two months and just found it to be pointless. I switched to balanced and I've been having far more success.
The best way I found to take out a healer is, build up SR and a 5CP rip. Once your land that rip, cast berzerk and go to town. That is really your only way to take out a healer.
The stun lock (cat/bear) attempt isn't that reliable, and if you’re trying to chase around a healer spamming shreds+mangles, you'll be chasing for ever.
Having SR up with a 5CP rip and then hit Berzerk is your best shoot. If you can get a partner to stun lock the healer……you have a far better chance to kill it.

This.
The tools feral lacks are:
a healing debuff
or, another silence effect
or, a way to dispel HoTs/Shields
or, an incapacitate (or other CC form) to mix in with the stuns, direct from feral form.
PvP is not designed to be a 1v1 game, so just don't worry about it. Focus on what ferals are good at, which is a good many things.

Uh, I play feral/haunt, and 90% of the wins we have, I solo a healer while he's trying to split heals and keep him and his partner up. Priest/rogue, almost our only chance is to get the priest before the rogue kills the warlock. If the rogue jumps my lock, I have to solo the priest or interupt the rogue and get bleeds up on him, then CC the priest, but evasion combined with crip is probably the worst class skill combo of all time for countering a feral druid.
If you have the gear, you can solo a healer. Your burst is your biggest advantage, and the stunlock is effective if you play correctly. Re stealthing is a really good way to stress a healer and try for a gib(pop SR right before you restealth if you have CP's up).
Because of the haunt/feral setup, if I miss a maim, we are practically done. If a DK pops all his CD's, the warlock is usually dead before I can stun or cyclone him, and he still has his trinket....
Feral/healer teams, you want to swap targets frequently, and make sure you keep dps off your healer as much as possible. Shaman is an amazing partner for feral because they have the extra interupt you need and purge wich will kill a priest every time.
You will stun and cast cyclone a lot as feral.
I forgot, against a resto druids, if you can keep pressure on him, and cyclone him when his LB is about to bloom(eating it and costing him a lot of mana), you can cause him to go oom much more quickly. Switching targets a lot eats druid mana as well.

i would use pounce, faerie fire if its a rogue im fighting, and spam mangle( i dont have shred) and maim them,by the end of the fight you should have enouph(or try to save) 5 combo points so u can have a 5 or 6 second stun

There's a reason why I call our leafy friends "scratching posts".
You can scratch them all you like, and they'll survive it until we get bored.

That being said, this strat is far from fool-proof. I works best against resto shammys, priests and pallys who have already used up their bubble. Resto druids are another story though seeing as their HoT's easily outheal your bleeds. When it comes to resto druids your best bet would be winning the mana race; if your heals is a priest then mana-burn to hell but due to the new changes to innervate, it'll be a long battle.
Indeed if a feral is on a resto in 2v2s, as feral is one of the few unkitable classes, the resto will normally have his DPS peel the feral off. Luckily many viable partners to resto (rogue, warrior, to a lesser extent Rets) have many tools to quickly peel a feral off.

i refuse to fight pally healers cause they'll be able to hold thier own indefintiely - plate, shield, bubble and heals
in world pvp if i can get the drop on any other healer and they're dead
as a dps i have 50+% crit in cat spec/form/gear i stun them shred them, pop tiger's fury when im low, maim them when they recover from the stun, pop into bear form and hit them witha bash when they pop out of maim
i have enough burst damage that this usually kills them since they cant heal while stunned
in bear spec i dont have king of the jungle so i have a lot more trouble as i dont have the burst damage to finish them
i usually end up trying to wear them down and then when i get a few good hits in, stun them and finish them one way or another
as resto i hot myself and evade them i dont want a 5 hour duel

You cant solo a healer unless he make mistakes. That is the purpose of healing >_<

foley... shut up. My e-peen is not big enough to bother to take screenshots of my recount during a raid. Sorry.
And a good healer (with same lvl gears) wont die vs a single feral druid unless he get overconfident and lets you down his hp to try to show you "hey look, i can get to 1% and heal back to full".
