Forget everything. If you want to solo well and heal after 70, go Discipline.
Take Penance and Divine Fury and you're set. That's it. The rest should be a straight healer build. You'll use lots of Penance, Holy Fire, Smite, and SW: Pain and it'll get the job done. I solo'd like that and healed plenty find on my way to 80.

Any of the spec's can level. Just take 3 points in spirit tap while leveling and you will be fine. I leveled holy all the way.

at 63? Spirit Tap would have great synergy with Spiritual Guidance.
