I have been to Paladin: HURF DURF FAQ and I don't really agree with most of the things there, I have tried most of the stuff there, but I just can't seem to work with the specs their, nor glyphs, I work beter with my own builds/glyphs.
The FAQ has the same glyphs that I recommend in my sticky, and those three are the correct ones. If you want to be a bad healer, continue to ignore the stickies.

What do you not agree with? You want help? You need to specify what your beef is with the established threads.
Seal of Wisdom: As a healer, mana management is important. Longetivity and good judgement is the key at being a successful holy paladin. Have a reduced 5% cost on all of your spells adds up over the course of a raid encounter. Lower cost = less need to Divine Plea = less healing downtime due to the healing nerf after popping it. If you melee a mob, there's a chance at recovering 4% of your total mana. If you have around 30k mana, that's 1200 mana!
Glyph of Holy Light: This is only multi heal (Beacon is a gimmick IMO, but by all means I love it.) This glyph will see the most use healing the tank and 4 melee DPS classes around him. Given the amount of healing it grants you, this is a very useful and powerful glyph.
The third glyph is a matter of personal preference.
Glyph of Divinity: This takes advantage of the 1950 mana granted on your lay on hands target. Some holy paladins will use this as a mana battery, giving you 7800 mana, but wasting the OH #$*% button, unless your tank is Beaconed. It could also be used on another healer who is running low, but he would only gain 3900.
Glyph of Beacon of Light: Increases the duration of your Beacon of Light by 50%, which saves you a considerable amount of mana. (30 seconds).
But, you would learn all this IF YOU READ THE STICKY.

Example, Glyph of Wisdom vs Glyph of Light. In a raiding situation where there's a TON of overheal required, Glyph of Wis is significantly better than the worthless Glyph of Light. But in pvp/heroics where GCD's and mobility are more important than mana, GoL > GoW and it's not close. The Bacon glyph is good for these reasons as well. The HL glyph is substandard for pvp (cast time issues) and mediocre for heroics (since you won't have the mana pool to cast HL all that much).
I dont agree. Having infinite mana due to meleeing in HCs makes the runs a ton faster, as long as nobody dies, which is almost impossible because you can just spam HLs if you know that a minute later you are going to have full bar again without even stopping.
