Hey guys,
I have a quick question:
Maybe it's a stupid question for the most of you but i realy like to know this:
Since i spent three poinst in holy concentration, is it wise not to use the normal heal spell any more?
I mean is it better that i use the highest rank greater heal for the big heals, and a lower rank greater heal to replace my rank 4 normal heal?
So in this way i always cast greater heals and so get a chance to get a cast for free.
Do you guys still use the normal heal after you have the holy concentration talent? And if you don't, what rank greater heal did you use to replcae it?
Thanks.

I'd replace heal rank 4 with greater heal rank 1. Being able to proc holy concentration is good, and if you end up getting two pieces of T5, you will also benefit from the
set bonus
, which is quite nice.

Well i hit the big 70 yesterday and i haven't got a qlue what to do next.
Where do i get T armor? Going heroics? Raids? Or do i get them by doing Arena's PVP?
Aldhur level 70 priest on Steamweedle Cartel realm.
(i would post a link to my armory but i think the armory is down... (again)..)

Well, I'd recommend starting out by doing some instances and getting the a decent set of level 70 gear. The
Hallowed Raiment
is our blue dungeon set, and that would be something good to aim for. You can also look
here
for a list of armor and
here
for a list of weapons.
It would also be a good idea to start working on the
quest line
that gives you your key for
Karazhan
. This is the entry level raid instance for 70s.

note that some classes' have parts of their T3 in heroic instances. all of hallowed gear can be acquired in normal-mode instances

I think you meant D3 set. Unless I'm mistaken, only "hybrid" D3 sets drop in heroics (those that don't have class-dependable bonuses), class D3 sets drop in normal lvl70 dungs.
Thanks for holy concentration suggestion, I'd never think of using lower rank greater heal instead of other heals. On drawback though, I think that lower ranks of spells get proportionately lower spelldamage/healing bonus, so those lower rank greater heals may not be that great substitution after that taken in consideration.

It's true, spell ranks that you obtained at a significantly lower level don't get as much of a bonus from your healing gear. You can use
this page
to see exactly what different ranks of heals will do based on your own gear and talents.
This does
not
mean that downranked heals are not valid. I use greater heal ranks 1 and 3 far more than I use rank 7.
One of the absolute best suggestions I have for any healing class is to set up your party/raid frames so that you see the
deficit
of your target's health (that is, how much health they are missing). Displaying percentages of health is useless--50% on a prot warrior means something entirely different from 50% on a mage. Displaying current health and total health (i.e. 5349/12456) isn't that useful either, unless you're really into subtracting numbers in your head with lightning speed.
By displaying your target's health deficit, and having a variety of ranks of heals hotkeyed, you can very easily choose a heal based on how much health your target actually needs. There's no point in dropping a heal you know will land for 5k if your target is only missing 2k health. It doesn't matter if greater heal rank 1 recieves less of a bonus from your healing gear, as long as it's delivering the amount of healing that your target needs.
