I am a 67/4/0 arcane mage, i love, arcane, as you can see, and i've been doing instances a lor of time, so i'm a "experienced" PvE mage. I've been using Recount to see my dps and it is by far the highest I've seen compared to other mages even if they are better geared than me, but when I see my damage inflicted... it's always the last!
I don't know what's wrong, I always cast arcane blast until missile barrage procs, I use AM and I start over again, I reached crits of 9,6k
i'll put here my build too, just in case it's important:

to put it quite honestly, your build is terrible. 67/4/0? no no no.. that's not what you want for pve. Take a good long read of
this thread
and see what you need to change.

where in the devil are you reading anything about frostbolt? no.. you never use frostbolt.. NEVER.
your rotation is ABlast x3 > Arcane Missiles
some people will say to do Arcane barrage, and it is a bit higher DPS. However it's much better mana management to just use arcane missiles. If you use ABarr or AM, just make sure that when your MBarr procs, you always get 3stacks of ABlast up before letting loose.
Your nuke phase will be ABlast ad nauseum until MBar procs, again keeping in mind that you always fire your missile barrage with 3 stacks of ABlast, but that will destroy your mana pool quickly. Save it for things like when heroism/bloodlust are up and so on. Any sort of real nuke phase.

but if you see, i already did that, cast ABlast until MBarr procs, I can't see how 11 points in frost will boost my damage inflicted, because my dps (according to Recount) is high enough, what I think I need is (permanently if possible) haste
that's exactly what
icy veins
is.. it's a cooldown to pop. Frostfire specs use it as well, and personally, I see my DPS jump at LEAST 500 when i pop that with my other cooldowns.
trust me.. that arcane build works perfectly fine. I stepped into naxx 10 for the first time with a hodgepodge of some heroics/some quest gear, as that arcane spec and ran a 2.5k dps thru the whole run. I also was 3rd in overall damage.
Casting ABl until MBarr procs is ONLY for your nuke phase (also a good time to pop icy veins). If you have heroism going at the same time, and some haste on your gear (which you'll get out of naxx 10) you can very easily cast ABl's at about 1.3-1.5 seconds.. if that's not gonna improve your dps, NOTHING WILL.
just try the spec. try the rotation and the glyphs and everything.. I guarantee you your overall damage, AND your DPS will go up.

You can't see how 11 points in frost will jump your dps?
How about how your 10 points in arcane are TOTALLY WASTED that do nothing and could give you 3% hit so you can get more haste and an amazing cooldown that will boost your DPS to ridiculous levels provided you figure out how to use it? Not to mention your 1 point in fire beyond the talent that gives crit to AB (didn't even bother to look at your build because 67/4/0 automatically points to fail)
Here's an example. Shaman casts bloodlust. You cast Arcane Power, Icy Veins, hit your trinket if applicable, and use a mana gem (if you got 2 t7/7.5). That's worth 11 talent points in frost.
Edit: Nuke phase is when you have bloodlust and all your cooldowns up. You should try to start this phase with full mana or as close to it as possible. Pop all your cooldowns and mash your arcane blast hotkey until you get Mbarr to proc, or keep going a few more if you have enough mana, then unleash AM, then repeat.
Evocate with bloodlust at 1 second remaining and you will end up with a nearly full mana bar after to resume your standard ABx3 -> Abarr / Mbarr AM rotation.
I use Abarr most of the time because I don't have a lot of mana issues. I also run with Molten Armor. In the past, before I got some better gear, I had to use Mage Armor and watch my mana a bit more. I've found that the few items I got recently (shoulders, bracers, uld 10 trinket) have really helped as I replaced some pieces with no spirit - spirit is actually *somewhat* worthwhile, not exactly as good as for a Frostfire build that favors crit/spirit above even haste, but it helps - and almost every item has spirit on it these days, so it's hard to pick and choose.

A nuke phase is for raid bosses. IT's when the shaman pops bloodlust/heroism, and everyone pops their cooldowns all at once to do the most possible damage in a short period of time...
if you ever did Karazhan in BC.. The boss Curator... when he evocated... THAT would be a nuke phase, because he is especially vulnerable at that point. A lot of bosses in Naxx don't have specific nuke phases, so a lot of times it comes either at the very start of the fight, or when the boss is down to 35% health.
also.. everything jwjsmith said.. seriously.. icy veins
IS THAT GOOD
.

Also note that because Arcane's low cooldown on many of it's spells, it's possible to have multiple burn phase in a fight.

hmm
I remember doing Emalon 25.
I had 3100 dps and another mage had 4300 dps. Totally blew me out of the water.
But in the end I did 400k more damage than him.
Mind boggling...
it's very possible.. recount stops counting for someone when their dps stops.. if you still have dots on a mob, then the dots will continue counting towards your dps even if you're not casting. That's why arcane can at times have a high dps, but less damage. Recount stops counting while you're evocating, because there is absolutely no damage you're doing. However, as a fire mage, if you have to evocate, it wil continue counting until living bomb, pyro, ignite, all of those dots tick away, and lower your dps in the process.
It happens often enough with arcane mages having higher dps but lower damage that this deserves to be noted, imo. but if arcane is played properly, it won't happen. more often than not, a higher dps but lower damage is because of just standing there waiting for evocate/mana gem to come off of cooldown. not ALWAYS mind you, but i'm sure it happens a lot more than people want to admit.

If you cant figure out why it goes into frost, then you need to quit the game.

I've tried the build with IV and now my dps is pretty strange, with the other build i did around 1,7k more or less, now with that build and better gear I do around 1,4k and sometimes around 1,9k and I think is pretty low.
What can i do?
you can start by linking your armory..
