According to the talent calcs u still have to hit HfB every 30 secs, it isnt passive when there is a bleed on the target.... FAIL :( thats what i hated most about it!

yeah it needs to be refreshed.
it would have been more than a fail if we just needed to press a button and TA-DA! +15% damage through all the fight.
the real buff is that it doesn't stack. and since it's a single buff also if we lose it due to strange fight mechanics (i've never dropped it but...) we can spend only 30 energy instead of 90 to have the same buff.

This is nothing less than what we already had. We now gain more damage and one less stacking/timer to worry about. The fact it can only be placed on a bleeding target cements its PVE viability.

I still need to press HfB keybind every 30 sec, and watch the timer(especially because assassination has shorter SnD than combat)... i suppose its not too bad dropping it now, but thats what made me spec combat...

OK... Personally if they had changed it to a one time press I would spec out of assassination. The real reason I am assassination right now besides it doing better damage it also is a lot more fun. Its to easy to press 2 buttons and blow a few CD every now and then. If keeping that up is to hard for you then L2P or switch your spec. Assassination is not meant to be a 2 button only build its meant to be a challenging build that when used correctly can do really good damage. Anyways thats my two cents.
You might like it being "difficult" (whether or not it's really any harder than combat is up for debate), but it's not "meant" to be any harder than any other spec.
